TLC2264AQDG4 Overview
In order to protect the op amps, a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case is used. A General Purpose-type buffer amplifier is shown here. Instrumentation amplifier is delivered in a Tube case. It is estimated that there will be 14 terminations in the next few months. A total of 14 pins are located on this board. I would like to remind you that this buffer op amp should be powered by an 5V battery. This particular linear amplifier is a type of Operational Amplifier device, to be precise. 14 pins are included on the operational amplifiers. With regards to the offset voltage of the input, buffer amplifier is rated at 300μV. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type of operational amplifiers. It is recommended that this op amp ic be operated at a temperature no higher than -40°C~125°C for optimal performance. Operational amplifier can operate supply current at 850μA. 114.81dB should remain the voltage gain. The buffer amp consists of 4 circuits in total. One of the advantages of this op amp is that it outputs Rail-to-Rail signals, which is one of its many advantages. The operating supply voltage of the buffer op amp is rated at 8V. LinCMOS? corresponds to linear amplifier's series.
