TLC374ID Description
TLC374ID designed based on LinCMOS technology is a member of LinCMOS quadruple differential comparators consisting of four independent voltage comparators which operate from a single power supply. When the difference between the two supplies is 2 V to 18 V, it can also operate from dual supplies. TLC374ID comparator is characterized by extremely high input impedance (typically greater than 1012 ?), making direct interfacing with high-impedance sources a reality. Users should pay attention that when this device is exposed to ESD, the degradation of the device parametric may be damaged.
