A SC-74A, SOT-753 case is used to package the op amp. A General Purpose-type buffer amplifier is shown here. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) case that is delivered with the instrumentation amplifiers. We are approaching the 5h termination of the year. The total number of pins on linear amplifier is 5. It would be helpful if you could remember that this op amp ic should be powered by an 3V battery.
