Op amp is packaged in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case. General Purpose-type instrumentation amplifiers are used in this application. It comes in a Tape & Reel (TR) case, which protects instrumentation amplifier from damage during delivery. In recent months, the number of terminations has approached 14.
