The linear amplifier is packaged in a 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case which makes it easy for the consumer to handle. General Purpose-type instrumentation amplifiers are used in this application. The case in which buffer amplifier is delivered is called a Cut Tape (CT) case. The number of terminations approaches 16. In this case, there are 16 pins on the board.
