In order to protect the op amps, a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case is used. The instrumentation amplifier in this picture is of the General Purpose-type. It comes in a Tape & Reel (TR) case, which protects instrumentation amplifier from damage during delivery. It is estimated that there will be 14 terminations in the next few months.
