TLV3201AQDCKRQ1 Description
The TLV3201AQDCKRQ1 is a single and dual-channel comparator with rail-to-rail input, low offset voltage (1 mV), and significant output drive current in exceptionally tiny packaging. In addition, the TLV3201AQDCKRQ1 is simple to use in a wide range of applications where response speed is crucial.
The TLV320x-Q1 family includes single-channel (TLV3201-Q1) and dual-channel (TLV3202-Q1) versions with push-pull outputs. The 5-pin SC70 package is available for the TLV3201-Q1. The 8-pin VSSOP packaging is available for the TLV3202-Q1. All devices are designed to work at temperatures ranging from –40°C to +125°C in the industrial environment.
