In order to protect the op amps, a 6-TSSOP, SC-88, SOT-363 case is used. A General Purpose-type buffer amplifier is shown here. Instrumentation amplifier is delivered in a Tape & Reel (TR) case.  It is estimated that there will be at least 6 terminations this year. Linear amplifier has a total of 6 pins.  I would like you to keep in mind that this buffer amplifier needs to be run at a voltage of 1.8V.
