TLV3502AIDCNR Description
With a fast propagation delay of 4.5 ns and operating voltages from 2.7V to 5.5V, the TLV350x series push-pull output comparators go beyond the common-mode range of track inputs and are ideal for low voltage applications. Rail-to-rail output directly drives CMOS or TTL logic. Micro-packaging provides options for portable and space-constrained applications. The single chip (TLV3501) is available in 6-pin SOT-23 and 8-pin SO packages. The Dual (TLV3502) is packaged in 8-pin SOT-23 and 8-pin SO.
