SOT-23-5 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.Different functions are terminated with 5.The voltage reference should have 1.5% tolerance.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 1.24V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.The voltage reference ic has 5 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above NOT SPECIFIED.A voltage reference ic with 5 pins is settled.Various applications are available for this type of Voltage References.It can be used with 15mA inputs.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 15mA.Communications with high quality are limited to 1 channels.It has a maximum output voltage of 6V.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 80μA.Since the part's max input voltage is 7V, users should limit the voltage accordingly.An ambient temperature of 70°C should be used for operation.The voltage reference circuit can operate at a temperature of 0°C.Voltage 1.24V is outputted.SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern) are present in this voltage reference circuit?The voltage reference circuit provides voltage reference 6V.
