There is a handy package SOT-23 used in this program.Adjustable, Shunt control is used to control the part as a voltage reference.An external package of Tape & Reel (TR) encloses the voltage reference ic.Terminations with various functions 5.Voltage measurements with a tolerance of 1.5%.An analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled to the voltage reference ic.The output voltage 1.24V is determined by test statistics.The output should be 1.It contains 5 pins.The temperature should not rise above 260 during reflow soldering.Pins 5 are settled in the part.It is able to handle 15mA input applications.The voltage reference ic cannot output more current than 15mA in this case.It is possible to communicate at high quality through 1 channels.The maximum output voltage of this voltage reference ic is 6V.Cathode currents should be 80μA in most cases.In view of the part's maximum input voltage of 7V, users are advised to confine the voltage accordingly.125°C more than 125°C should be the ambient temperature for it to operate.It is capable of operating at temperatures as low as -40°C degrees Celsius.6V volts are output.
