TLV70033DSER Description
TLV700 series low dropout (LDO) linear regulators are low static current devices with excellent line and load transient performance. These LDO are designed for power sensitive applications. Precision bandgap and error amplifiers provide an overall accuracy of 2%. Low output noise each with high power supply impedance (PSRR) and low step-down makes this series of devices ideal for most battery-powered handheld devices, and all device versions have thermal turn-off and current limits to ensure safety.And more importantly. These devices are stable and the effective output capacitance is only 01 uF. This feature enables the use of cost-effective capacitors with high bias voltage and temperature degradation. The device can be adjusted to the specified precision without output load.
The TLV700 series LDO is available in 1.5 mm*1.5 mm SON-6SOT-5 and SC70 packages.
