TLV75733PDRVR Description
TLV75733PDRVR low dropout regulator (LDO) is an ultra-small, low static current LDO with a power supply current of 1 An and good line and load transient performance. TLV757P is optimized for a variety of applications by supporting an input voltage range of 1.45V to 5.5V. To minimize cost and solution size, the device provides a fixed output voltage of 0.6V to 5V to support the lower core voltage of modern MCU. In addition, the TLV757P has a low IQ and enabling features to minimize standby power consumption. The device has an internal soft-start function, which reduces the inrush current, provides a controlled voltage for the load, and minimizes the input voltage during startup. When shutting down, the device actively pulls down the output to quickly release the output and ensure a known boot state. The TLV757P is stable and has a small ceramic output capacitor, allowing a smaller overall solution size. Precision bandgap and error amplifiers provide typical accuracy of 1%. All device versions integrate thermal turn-off, current limiting and undervoltage locking (UVLO) functions. The TLV757P has an internal return current limit to help reduce heat dissipation during short-circuit events.
