Packaging for the buffer amplifier is in the form of a SC-74A, SOT-753 case. An op amp ic of the General Purpose type. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) case that is delivered with the instrumentation amplifiers. It is estimated that there will be 5 terminations in the next few months. I would like you to keep in mind that this buffer amplifier needs to be run at a voltage of 1.8V. It should be noted that this type of buffer amplifier is exactly what is known as a Operational Amplifier device. The op amp ic has an array of 5 pins on it.
