Due to space constraints, it is supplied in the VQFN EP package. This package uses the Tape & Reel (TR) packaging method. In order to prevent signal reflections from off the end of the transmission line, 32 terminations are used. Essentially, it is an electronic device with 32 pins. There are 32 pins on this board. 3.6V is the maximum value of supply voltage. Minimum supply voltage should remain at 1.1V. There is 1.8V supply voltage for this device. It can be operated from a voltage of 1.95V. Often in the process of converting digital signals into analog signals, there are 2 D/A converters. 85°C is set as the maximum operating temperature to keep the system working normally. Normal operation is maintained by setting the operating temperature low at -40°C.
