TLVH431BQDCKR Overview
A handy 6-TSSOP, SC-88, SOT-363 package is used.Uses the handy Shunt package.The handy Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this program.Various functions terminate at 6.Voltage reference with ±0.5% tolerance.The reference voltage is coupled with an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.According to the test statistics, it produces 18V voltage.In this case, it is sufficient to generate 1 outputs.The user can enter input on the Adjustable form.There are 6 pins on the voltage reference ic.The temperature should be kept below 260 during the reflow soldering procedure.The voltage reference ic is settled with 6 pins.For PCB designs requiring high performance, Surface Mount is available.I am qualified to work within -40°C~125°C TA.Search "TLVH431" for other relevant parts.Applications with 70mA input are suitable for the reference voltage.The reference voltage cannot produce output current greater than 80mA.High-quality communication is available through 1 channels.The maximum output voltage is 18V.Its cathode current should generally be 100μA.Users should confine the voltage in accordance with the part's maximum input voltage of 20V.There is a fixed/minimum voltage of 1.24V.
