TMP103DYFFT Product Details
TMP103DYFFT Overview
For safety reasons, analog sensors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). For protection against damage, analog sensors are enclosed in 4-UFBGA, DSBGA packages. In order for this sensor to function properly, it has 4 pins. As far as this electronic part is concerned, it has 4 terminations. It is possible that the analog sensors are powered by a current of 3μA when they are in operation. The maximum voltage supplied by this sensor should be 3.6V in the DC circuit. However, the minimum DC voltage supplied by the magnetic switch can be 1.4V. If the GND terminal is grounded, the GND current should flow 1.5μA. The sensor's current output should generally be 2mA for optimum performance.
