TMP104YFFT Overview
A safety precaution is taken by packaging these analog sensors in the Tape & Reel (TR). For the protection of the analog sensors, they are packaged in 4-UFBGA, DSBGA packages. To make this sensor work properly, it has 4 pins. In this electronic component, there are 4 terminations. Analog sensors could supply 3μA current when operating. DC circuit should have a maximum voltage of 3.6V. DC circuits with this magnetic switch can supply 1.4V as a minimum voltage. When using analog sensors, the current flowing from the GND terminal should be 1.5μA.
