TMP123AIDBVT Product Details
TMP123AIDBVT Overview
For safety reasons, these analog sensors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). The analog sensors are put into SOT-23-6 packages to protect the devices from damage. A sensor with 6 pins functions properly. This electronic part contains 6 terminations. In operation, the analog sensors may supply a voltage of 50μA. Ideally, this sensor should supply a DC voltage of 5.5V. A magnetic switch may provide a minimum DC voltage of 2.7V in a DC circuit, however. Analog sensors should have a current flowing from the GND terminal of 35μA. To work, this sensor requires 35μA current. It is recommended that the current output of the sensor is set to 3mA for optimal performance.
