TMP123AIDBVTG4 Product Details
TMP123AIDBVTG4 Overview
Safety-protected analog sensors are packed in the Tape & Reel (TR). As a measure of protection, analog sensors are enclosed in SOT-23-6 packages. The sensor has a pin count of 6 for proper operation. This electronic part has 6 terminations. As a result, the analog sensors could supply a current 50μA. DC circuits should have a maximum voltage of 5.5V. However, the minimum voltage that this magnetic switch can supply in the DC circuit is 2.7V. If the GND terminal is grounded, the GND current should flow 35μA. According to its specifications, this sensor can supply voltage with a current of 35μA. Optimal performance is achieved by setting the sensor's current output to 3mA. Generally, the voltage output by the sensor should be 2.3V.
