TMP141AIDBVT Product Details
TMP141AIDBVT Overview
For safety reasons, these analog sensors are packaged inside the Tape & Reel (TR). In order to protect the analog sensors from damage, they are packaged in SOT-23-6 packages. A proper operation of this sensor requires 6 pins. This electronic part contains 6 terminations. When operating, analog sensors could supply 170μA current. For a DC circuit, the maximum voltage supplied by this sensor should be 5.5V. DC circuits with this magnetic switch can supply 2.7V as a minimum voltage. In analog sensors, the current flowing from the GND terminal should be 110μA. In order to achieve the best performance, the sensor's current output should be 4mA.
