TMP20AIDCKT Overview
Safety-protected analog sensors are packed in the Tape & Reel (TR). To protect the analog sensors, they're put in 5-TSSOP, SC-70-5, SOT-353 packages. To operate properly, the sensor has pins 5. It is possible that the analog sensors are powered by a current of 2.6μA when they are in operation. In the DC circuit, this sensor should provide the maximum voltage of 5.5V. As a result, this magnetic switch can be configured to supply a minimum voltage of 2.7V in the DC circuit. Ideally, analog sensors should have 2.6μA current flowing from their GND terminal. As a result, this sensor is capable of supplying 2.6μA current to operate. It consists of 5 pins. For optimal performance, the sensor's current output should be 600μA.
