TMS320F28069MPNT Description
The C2000TM real-time microcontroller family of scalable, ultra-low latency devices includes the TMS320F2838x (F2838x), which was created for efficiency in power electronics. This includes, but is not limited to, high power density, high switching frequencies, and support for the use of GaN and SiC technologies. Additionally, this device has a standalone Connectivity Manager (CM), powered by an ARM Cortex-M4 processor and operating at 125 MHz. The CM enables for completely independent control of the interfaces coming into and leaving the F2838x thanks to its own dedicated flash and SRAM, giving the C28x DSPs the most bandwidth for real-time control.
