TMUX1574PWR manufactured by Texas Instruments is a complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) switch. Based on its wide operating supply of 1.5 V to 5.5 V, it can be used for a broad range of applications including servers and communication equipment, as well as industrial applications. When the supply voltage is removed (VDD = 0 V), powered-off Protection up to 3.6 V on the signal path is able to provide isolation. Potential damage may be caused to the system without this protection function.
