TPD2E001DRLR Description
The TPD2E001DRLR is a two-channel electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection diode array based on transient voltage suppressors (TVS). The TPD2E001DRLR is certified to dissipate ESD strikes at the highest level stated in the international standard IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4.
For use in applications involving medical imaging, a non-magnetic version of the DRS package (3.00 mm x 3.00 mm) is also offered.
Consider TPD2E2U06DRLR as well, which is p2p compatible with TPD2E001DRLR and provides greater IEC ESD Protection, lower clamping voltage, and no need for an input capacitor.
