TPS22810DRVT Description
TPS22810DRVT switch is a single channel load switch that offers an adjustable rise time that can be adjusted to limit the inrush current. TPS22810DRVT circuit is equipped with an N-channel MOSFET which operates over an input voltage range from 2.7 V to 18 V. It has a 225Ω load resistor is built into the chip for quick discharge of outputs when the switch is off. TPS22810DRVT On-Resistance Load Switch is widely used for Notebooks, Tablet PC and Consumer Electronics.
