TPS22960DCNR Description
TPS22960DCNR is a small low-RON dual-channel load switch with controllable switches. These devices contain two P-channel MOSFET and can operate in the input voltage range from 1.62V to 5.5V. Each switch is independently controlled by ON/OFF inputs (ON1 and ON2) and can directly interface with low voltage control signals. In TPS22960DCNR, an 85-inch on-chip load resistance is added for fast discharge when the switch is turned off. The rise time (pendulum rate) of the device is internally controlled to avoid inrush current. If necessary, SR pins can be used to slow down the rise time: at 3.3V, the rise time of the TPS22960 is 75-μ s with the SR pin connected to the ground, and 660-μ s when the SR pin is connected to the high voltage. The TPS22960DCNR comes in a space-saving 8-pin UQFN package and an 8-pin SOT package. It is characterized by operating in the free air temperature range of-40 °C to 85 °C.
