TPS26601RHFT is a compact, feature-rich high voltage fuse with a wide range of protection functions. The TPS26601RHFT is available in a 16-pin HTSSOP and a 24-pin VQFN package and operates between ¨C40??C and +125??C. With integrated back-to-back FETs, the TPS26601RHFT offers protection against both positive and negative supply voltages up to 60 V, making the device ideal for systems with power outages and brownouts.
