TPS26621DRCR Description


TPS26621DRCR belongs to the family of industrial eFuses with integrated input and output reverse polarity protection to -60 V. It is able to withstand and protect the load from positive and negative supply voltages up to ±60 V. Integrated back to back MOSFETs with 478 mΩ total RON support reverse current blocking makes the device well suited for systems with output voltage holdup requirements when power fail and brownout occur. TPS26621DRCR provides load, source, and device protection, all of which contain adjustable features, such as overcurrent, output slew rate, as well as overvoltage, undervoltage thresholds. Due to its internal robust protection control blocks and high voltage rating, it is capable of simplifying the system designs for surge protection.
