TPS3700DDCR Description


The TPS3700DDCR is a high-voltage Window Comparator with a 1.8 to 18V operating range. For over and under-voltage detection, the device comprises two high-accuracy comparators with an internal 400mV reference and two open-drain outputs rated at 18V. The TPS3700 can be used as a window comparator or as two independent voltage monitors using external resistors to set the monitored voltage. When the voltage at INA+ falls below the corresponding threshold, OUTA is driven low, and when the voltage rises beyond it, it is driven high. When the voltage at INB- climbs over VITP, OUTB is driven low, and when the voltage drops below the appropriate threshold, it is driven high. The TPS3700's comparator has built-in hysteresis for filtering out short glitches, ensuring reliable output operation without false triggering.
