TPS3780DDRYT Overview
Power management is mounted through 6 terminals. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. A series of 2 channels can be found on this supervisor. Please refer to power management for 6-UFDFN functions. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products as well. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. IC management conducts in a 3.3V-voltage supply. Power ics operate at 2 supply voltages. The power management is mounted by Surface Mount. A IC power such as this can be classified as a Power Management Circuits power management system. There are 6 pins on the supervisor. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 1.5V, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. It is recommended that the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this IC power be no more than 6.5V volts. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~125°C TJ. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Open Drain or Open Collector.
