TPS3808G01DBVT Description
The TPS3808G01DBVT series microprocessor monitoring circuit monitors system voltages from 0.4V to 5V and sends an open-drain reset signal when the detection voltage falls below the preset threshold or when the manual reset (MR) pin drops to a logic low level. After the detection voltage and manual reset (MR) are restored above their respective thresholds, the reset output remains low during the user adjustable delay time. The TPS3808 device uses a precision reference voltage source to achieve a threshold accuracy of 0.5% for VIT ≤ 3.3V. The reset delay time can be set to 20 ms by disconnecting the CT pin, the reset delay time can be set to 300 ms by connecting the CT pin to the VDD using a resistor, or the user can adjust between 1.25 ms and 10 s by connecting the CT pin to the external capacitor. The typical static current of the TPS3808 device is very low, 2.4 μ A, so it is very suitable for battery-powered applications. It is available in SOT-23 and 2 mm x 2 mm WSON packages and is fully specified in the temperature range from-40 °C to 125 °C (TJ).
