TPS3808G01QDBVRQ1 Description
TPS3808G01QDBVRQ1 belongs to the family of programmable-delay supervisory circuit with very low quiescent current of 2.4μA typ that makes it ideally suitable for battery-powered applications. 0.5% threshold accuracy for VIT ≤ 3.3V can be ensured by using a precision reference. 20 ms reset delay time can be set by disconnecting the CT pin, 300 ms can be set by connecting the CT pin to VDD using a resistor. The reset delay time range from 1.25 ms to 10 s that can be user-adjusted by connecting the CT pin to an external capacitor.
