TPS3838J25DBVT Overview
Power management is mounted through 5 terminals. Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. Please refer to power management for SC-74A, SOT-753 functions. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products as well. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. When a supply voltage of 1.8V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. IC management is possible to find a succession of 1 voltages that have been checked. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. A total of 5 pins are located on this power management. 5 pins make up the power management. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 1.6V. It is recommended that the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this IC power be no more than 6V volts. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C TA. There is an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector from this supervisor when it is operating. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 250nA is the recommended value.
