TPS51200-EP Description
The TPS51200-EP is a sink and source double data rate (DDR) termination regulator that is optimized for low-input voltage, low-cost, low-noise systems with limited space. The TPS51200-EP has a quick transient response and only needs a 20-F minimum output capacitance. The TPS51200-EP includes a remote sensing feature as well as all power needs for DDR, DDR2, DDR3, Low-Power DDR3, and DDR4 VTT bus termination.
The TPS51200-EP also includes an open-drain PGOOD signal for monitoring output regulation and an EN signal for releasing VTT during S3 (suspend to RAM) for DDR applications. The TPS51200-EP comes in a thermally efficient 10-pin VSON thermal pad package that is both Green and Pb-free.
