TPS51275B-1RUKT Description
The dual-synchronous, cost-effective buck controller TPS51275B-1RUKT is designed for notebook system power supply applications. It just needs a few external components and has low-dropout regulators (LDOs) at 3.3 and 5 volts. Without reducing the efficiency of the main converter, the 260-KHz VCLK output can be used to drive an external charge pump, creating gate-driving voltage for the load switches. High efficiency, quick transient response, and a combined power-good signal are all supported. On-time, adaptive D-CAP control offers practical and effective operation. It supports output voltages of 5V and 3.3V and operates with a supplied input voltage range of 5 to 24V. The TPS51275B-1RUKT has a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and is offered in a 20-pin, 3-mm by 3-mm, WQFN packaging.
