TPS53318DQPR Description
The TPS53318 devices are D-CAP mode, 8mura or 14mura synchronous switches, integrated with MOSFET. They are designed for power systems that are easy to use, have a small number of external components, and save space. These devices have accurate 1%, 0.6 V reference voltages and integrated boost switches. Examples of competitive features include: a wide conversion input voltage range from 1.5V to 22V, very low number of external components, D-CAP transition mode control for ultra-fast transients, automatic jump mode operation, internal soft-start control, optional frequency without compensation.
