TPS53353DQPR Product Details

Description

Having integrated MOSFETs, the 20-A synchronous switcher TPS53353DQPR operates in D-CAPTM mode. It is made with simplicity of use, minimal exterior component count, and space-saving power systems in mind.

This device has an integrated boost switch, accurate 1 percent, 5.5-mΩ/2.2-mΩ MOSFETs, and 0.6-V reference. There is no need for compensation, internal soft-start control, selectable frequency, a conversion input voltage range of 1.5 V to 15 V, a very low external component count, auto-skip mode operation, D-CAPTM mode control for super-fast transient, and internal soft-start control are a few examples of competitive features.

The supply voltage ranges from 4.5 to 25 volts, the output voltage ranges from 0.6 to 5.5 volts, and the conversion input voltage extends from 1.5 to 15 volts.

The device has a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and is offered in a 22-pin, 5-mm by 6-mm QFN package.
