Description
The TPS54061DRBR is a synchronous step-down DC-DC converter with integrated high-side and low-side MOSFETs that operate at 60 V and 200 mA. Current mode control allows for simple external compensation and component selection flexibility. 90 μA is the non-switching supply current. The shutdown supply current is decreased to 1.4 μA by using the enable pin.
By combining the MOSFETs, boot recharge diode, and lowering the IC footprint with a compact 3.00 mm x 3.00 mm thermally enhanced VSON packaging, the TPS54061DRBR enables minimal designs.
