As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. There are 8 terminations in this voltage regulator. The type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with is SWITCHING REGULATOR. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 500kHz.
