TPS54302DDCT Description
The TPS54302DDCT is a 3-A synchronous buck converter with a 4.5-V to 28-V input voltage range. To reduce component count, the device has two integrated switching FETs, internal loop correction, and a 5-ms internal soft start.

Wide input voltage range of 4.5 to 28 volts
3-A constant output current with integrated 85-m and 40-m MOSFETs
Low shutdown current of 2 amps, quiescent current of 45 amps
Internal soft start of 5 milliseconds
Switching frequency is fixed at 400 kHz.
