Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. In this voltage regulator, 20 terminations are present. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 20-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -55°C~125°C TJ. DC-DC switching regulators reach 350kHz 550kHz switching frequencies. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 3V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 6V.
