Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. A voltage regulator consists of 16 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. The space-saving 16-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Fixed output. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 250kHz 500kHz. Regulator 4.5V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 4.5V. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 20V.
