TPS54360DDA Product Details
TPS54360DDA Description
The TPS54360DDA is a 60 V, 3.5 A, high side MOSFET integrated step down regulator. According to ISO 7637, the TPS54360DDA can withstand load dump pulses up to 65V. Current mode control allows for simple external compensation and component selection flexibility. The no-load supply current is reduced to 146 A using a low ripple pulse skip mode. When the enable pin is pushed low, the shutdown supply current is lowered to 2 A. The enable pin can be used to increase the Undervoltage lockout, which is set to 4.3 V by default. To offer a controlled start-up and minimize overshoot, the output voltage start-up ramp is internally controlled.
A large switching frequency range allows for the optimization of either efficiency or external component size. During an overload state, frequency foldback and thermal shutdown protect internal and external components.
