TPS54360DDAR Description

The TPS54360DDAR is a 60-V, 3.5-A step-down regulator with a high-side MOSFET. According to ISO 7637, the device can withstand load dump pulses of up to 65 V  which is available in an 8-terminal thermally enhanced HSOIC PowerPAD? package.
