For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. This harley voltage regulator has 20 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. The space-saving 20-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package is available for this voltage regulator. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~150°C TJ when operating. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 200kHz~2.2MHz. Regulator 3.6V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 3.6V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.9V. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 48V.
