A Cut Tape (CT) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 14 terminations. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 14-VFQFN Exposed Pad package for the purpose of space saving. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Adjustable output. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~150°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 200kHz~1.6MHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.5V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.6V.
