TPS546C20ARVFR Overview
It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 40 terminations were made. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 40-PowerLFQFN package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~125°C TJ is essential when operating. DC-DC switching regulators reach 200kHz~1MHz switching frequencies. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.5V. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 0.35V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 35A output current of voltage regulator. There is a maximum input voltage of 18V for this voltage regulator 12v. For operation, switching regulator requires a nominal input voltage of 12V. This DC/DC regulator belongs to the TPS546C20 family. For switching regulator operation, 40 pins are used. The output voltage for this switching regulator should be kept at 350mV at least. There is a maximum output voltage of 5.5V from this voltage regulator 12v. Voltage regulator consumes 7.7mA A of quiescent current without being affected by outside forces.
