TPS56302PWP Description
Digital signal processors' core and I/O are powered by two supply voltages from the high-performance TPS56302PWP synchronous-buck regulator. The only difference between the TPS56302 and TPS56300 is the direction of the reference voltages for the switching regulator and LDO. The switching regulator enables high current and efficiency for the I/O and other peripheral components by utilizing hysteretic control with droop compensation. The LDO controller drives an external N-channel power MOSFET and serves as both an LDO regulator and a power distribution switch. It is capable of supplying the core voltage.
