TPS56637RPAR Description
The TPS56637RPAR is a synchronous buck converter with integrated MOSFETs that have high efficiency, high-voltage input, and is simple to use.
The TPS56637RPAR is appropriate for systems powered by 12-V, 19-V, and 24-V power-bus rails because of its wide operating input voltage range of 4.5 V to 28 V. It can deliver up to 6-A continuous output current at output voltages ranging from 0.6 to 13 V.
The DCAP3TM control mode is used by the TPS56637RPAR converter to provide a fast transient response, a good line and load regulation, no need for external compensation, and support for low equivalent series resistance (ESR) output capacitors like POSCAP and MLCC.
